Träning

Inget gym på 1,5v – bara pistol squats, klapp på bröstet armböj å handstå (räka) armböj. Idag;
Knäböj 2×90, 2×95, 100
Axelpress stång stå 2×50, 2×55, 60
Marklyft 5×120

Realized I have not documented any training in a long time. Well, here’s today’s workout (just back from one week of vacation)

  • 5×5 squats @ 100kg
  • 5×5 shoulder press @ 50kg (could prob. have done heavier)
  • 3 deadlifts @ 145kg (supposed to be 1×5 but did not make it)

did not get up on the scale but  guessing bw at ~96kg
