Realized I have not documented any training in a long time. Well, here’s today’s workout (just back from one week of vacation)
- 5×5 squats @ 100kg
- 5×5 shoulder press @ 50kg (could prob. have done heavier)
- 3 deadlifts @ 145kg (supposed to be 1×5 but did not make it)
did not get up on the scale but guessing bw at ~96kg
